Terms of Use
Video Klets connects you with random strangers for live video and text chat. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Video Klets.
1. You must be 18 or older
Video Klets is for adults only. By starting a chat you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We will block anyone we believe is under 18.
2. What you may not do
- Show nudity, sexual acts or sexually explicit material.
- Involve, show or refer sexually to anyone under 18 in any way. We report this to the authorities.
- Harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone.
- Post hate speech or attack people for their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or nationality.
- Show violence, self-harm, weapons used to threaten, or illegal drugs.
- Record, screenshot or share another person's video, voice or messages without their consent.
- Spam, advertise, sell, or send people to other sites or services.
- Pretend to be someone else, or ask for money, passwords or personal details.
- Break any law, or try to disrupt, overload or hack the service.
3. Strangers are strangers
You talk to people you do not know. We cannot check who they are or control what they show or say. Do not share your full name, address, phone number, workplace or other personal details. Leave a chat with Next or Stop whenever you are uncomfortable.
Other users could record their screen without your knowledge. We forbid this, but we cannot technically prevent it.
4. Reporting
Use the Report button to report someone. Reporting ends the chat and saves the details of the session (see the Privacy Policy) so that we can review it.
5. Enforcement
We may disconnect, suspend or permanently block anyone who breaks these terms, with or without warning. Where the law requires it, or where someone may be in danger, we may share information with the police or other authorities.
6. No guarantees
Video Klets is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, that you will be matched with anyone, or that calls will connect. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for what other users say or show, or for any loss that comes from using the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the version date above and ask you to accept the new version before your next chat.
8. Law and contact
Video Klets is operated by Easthood Mogul. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over any dispute.
